All Things Nice

£9.50

Our twist on an Old Fashioned. Woodford Reserve, Fig Liquer, Cinnamon and Tabasco. Don’t be put off by the Tabasco. I wouldn’t drink anything that tastes of Tabasco so I wouldn’t expect you to. It’s there for a reason, trust me.

Apple And Pear Sidecar

£9.50

The drink you’re about to order has taken 24 hours to make. We take Courvoisier VS cognac and infuse it with apples. It’s then balanced with Xante Pear Liquer (tastes like pear drops), lemon and Triple Sec. Sour and sweet, it’s a really elegant drink that goes down far too easily.

Chai Tea Sour

£9.50

We use Bombay Sapphire gin, Chai Tea, and cinnamon bitters. It’s sour and sweet with a great Indian spice backbone, I’ve said this a lot across these menus, don’t be put off by the egg. I’ve got no interest in serving you something that tastes like an omelette. We can make it without the egg but it won’t be anywhere near as good.

Down At The Bottom Of The Garden

£9.50

Do you remember the Poddington Pea’s? Maybe I’m showing my age. We make our own pea syrup then mix it with Sipsmith Gin, white port for sweetness and mint. It’s like a more interesting Mojito. And i didn’t say this but t’s one of the best cocktails we make…..

Lost In Thyme

£9.50

I am a massive advocate of vodka, and it’s not a popular position to take amongst bartenders. This is basically the gateway to drinking Vodka Martinis. A little bit sweet but we mix Stolichnaya Vodka, Lillet Blanc (a delicious aperitif that tastes of wine and beautifulness) thyme and ginger.

NO.32

£9.50

no.32 is not a Porn Star Martini. It’s better than a Pornstar by a hell of a long way. We infuse Crystal Head vodka with fresh strawberries, basil and elderflower. Add a bit of lemon and top it up with Prosecco. It’s my best seller for a reason.

Watermelon And Hibiscus Sour

£9.50

Our take on…. I’m not sure what actually. We make our own shrub out of fresh watermelon and dried hibiscus (a shrubs like a syrup, not a type of plant in this instance) and mix it with Sipsmith Gin, lemon and egg white. As always don’t be put off by the whites, if I didn’t tell you it was there you wouldn’t know. Really easy drinker, sweet but not too sweet, guess that’s why it’s called a Sour too.
