We are only accepting bookings of groups to a maximum of 6 people that are with members of the same household or support bubble. Please maintain social distancing from anyone not in your household or support bubble while inside the venue. We have taken every step to ensure Arcane is Covid secure.

We operate a ‘no show’ policy which means if you don’t show for your booking and haven’t let us know beforehand, we will charge a fee of £5 per person. Your card details are taken at the point of booking but you will NOT be charged if you show for your booking or cancel. This is PCI compliant and within GDPR guidelines.
