A slight twist on a classic, in effect it’s a Tequila Negroni. We swap the Campari for Cynar which is an Artichoke apretif, the drink comes out a bit sweeter and easy to drink than a Negroni but still maintaining all of the complexity.

That other classic Italian aperitif Aperol takes the place of bitter Campari, we also change the Gin for Sipsmith Zesty Orange, all in all this makes for a much more ease of access Negroni, good for the Negroni Newbies and for the die hard fans looking for something a bit new

So Bacardi have decided to stop making Coffee Patron, we said bugger that and invented Coffee Infused Benedictine (try it, its amazing), we then mix it with Dry Vermouth and Smokehead Islay Whiskey. Big, boozy, very much so down and brown.

Plantation make a rum called OFTD, which the bottle says means “Old Fashioned Traditional Dark”, that’s bollocks. It actually stands for “Oh Fuck That’s Delicious” there’s a reason why they don’t print that on the bottles but you’re not here for that. So Campari, OFTD Rum and sweet vermouth. Banging.

This one I might ramble on about. Basically we took 15 litres of Negroni, 2 months and an oak cask and created the most over the top negroni you will ever have. By sticking it in wood for literally 2 months the Sipsmith gin, sweet vermouth and Campari basically mingle and mix and hug and kiss and basically become best of friends. No Negroni will ever be so smooth, no Negroni will ever be so good. Get it whilst it lasts.
